About Cameron Deamer-Phillips
Communications specialist with 10+ years experience with teams in corporate, nonprofit, and professional services. I completed a Master\'s in Communication Leadership (University of Washington) in 2021 and I feel fortunate to have found a role that allows me to put these skills to work day-in and day-out: leveraging the power of clear, intentional communication to help a passionate team of colleagues grow and deliver their best work. I am also increasingly moving into recruiting work and benefit development & communication; I find that the structural and social aspects of my brain jive perfectly with this type of work - and I am dedicated to improving employee experiences with both.I am deeply passionate about outdoor recreation and my community here in the Wenatchee Valley.
