In my role, I am responsible for analyzing and developing government program opportunities, cultivating vendor partnerships, and managing the operations of KG3’s affiliated entities. My work is rooted in a commitment to advancing economic growth and sovereignty for the EBCI through innovative, sustainable, and culturally aligned business practices.My career spans a diverse range of industries—including hospitality management, grant writing, energy, and real estate—which has equipped me with a versatile skill set and a deep understanding of cross-sector dynamics. This breadth of experience enables me to navigate complex business environments and build meaningful relationships, a skill I consider foundational to my success. In tribal government settings, where political nuance is ever-present, I have developed a strong ability to navigate local, state, and national political landscapes with integrity and strategic foresight.In May 2024, I earned my MBA from Western Carolina University, further enhancing my ability to lead with analytical rigor and business acumen. This academic achievement has already proven instrumental in shaping my current trajectory.As an enrolled member of the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians, my professional mission is deeply personal. I am committed to creating opportunities that uplift our government and our people, and I will continue to prioritize the EBCI in all aspects of my career.
