For over five years, I have been a Process Coach at Ford Motor Company, where I apply my expertise in automotive painting and maintenance to optimize the quality and efficiency of the paint processes. I use my Lean Six Sigma credentials and my background in the Marine Corps to implement precision, teamwork, and strategic thinking in every aspect of my role.
