About Cameron Cannon
Licensed psychologist and behavioral health operations leader with a unique blend of expertise across clinical quality, data analytics, operations, and technology transformation. My career in community mental health spans nine years, progressing from direct client care into leadership roles where I designed systems to help clinicians do their best work. I directed a Business Intelligence implementation that earned the 2020 CBHC Golden Abacus Award and spearheaded a multi-year, organization-wide rollout of Feedback-Informed Treatment (FIT) across 20+ programs and 250+ clinicians, resulting in about 10% fewer no-shows and about 30% higher likelihood of client improvement versus matched controls. After this, I spent nearly four years in management consulting, honing my strategy and execution skills, while navigating complex business challenges across retail, healthcare, and nonprofit sectors. I designed and delivered global product enablement for an enterprise retail planning platform, leading live and recorded training across time zones, providing one-on-one coaching, and creating role-based job aids and on-demand courses for 100+ users. I also built an internal AI prompt library and enablement resources, delivered workshops on psychological safety in leadership, and facilitated a data strategy assessment for a multi-clinic healthcare startup to streamline its EHR workflows and improve access to care.I’m now serving as a Manager of Quality Assurance at Cohen Veterans Network. In this role, I am returning to mission-driven behavioral healthcare to support a national network of clinics in delivering high-quality care to veterans and their families.Would love to connect!
