In 5 years, built the company from the ground up to establish biggest range in sustainable fabrics in the hat industry - including activewear from coffee grounds, apple peel leather, and recycled wool. Established a successful and profitable marketing strategy that includes multi-level digital marketing and in-person events across the country. Developed long-lasting partnerships with fabric suppliers and manufacturers to develop high-quality, well-made baseball hats in a variety of styles, designs, and sizes.
