I am a project management professional with experience supporting complex construction projects across all phases of the project lifecycle, from pre-construction planning through execution and closeout. I currently work in a project support role where I partner closely with Project Managers, field leadership, customers, and vendors to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with safety and quality standards.In my current position, I assist with establishing project structure and controls, including cost codes, scheduling, document control plans, material and equipment planning, billing setup, and safety coordination. I support cost tracking, job forecasting, and monthly financial reporting, contributing to accurate project visibility and informed decision-making. I also assist in the preparation of proposals, estimates, and change order pricing resulting from scope changes, RFIs, and drawing revisions.A core part of my role involves coordinating material procurement and subcontractor support in collaboration with purchasing and field teams. I help manage submittals, material lead times, and jobsite logistics to maintain schedule continuity. I regularly travel to active project sites to support field supervision, verify progress, and ensure alignment between project plans and execution.I provide consistent weekly updates to Project Managers on schedule status, cost performance, and project risks, and I assist with customer billing to ensure timely and accurate submission. I work directly with customers and internal stakeholders to support schedule development, manage changes, and maintain productive long-term relationships built on trust and accountability. I take a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to identifying issues early and supporting effective resolution.Prior to entering the construction industry, I served in the United States Marine Corps, where I developed a strong foundation in leadership, accountability, and performance under pressure.
