Collaboration is integral to this role. I had to achieve good results within strict deadlines, organise team members, and allocate work to my colleagues and myself to achieve the best results for clients and candidates. It has been extremely pleasurable and fulfilling to work hand in hand with the education sector to provide development and opportunities for graduates in my previous position.
