Average Requisition load – 30 to 50• Full life cycle recruiting in efforts to fill high-volume non-exempt and exempt roles including: o Food and Beverage: Stewards, Servers, Line Cooks, Bartenders, Executive/Sous Chef, F&B Supervisor/Managero Property Management: Seasonal Pool Attendants, Janitorial, Maintenance, Maintenance Supervisor/Manager, Concierge, Front Desk, Administrative Assistant, Assistant Manager, Community Association Manager, Regional Director, and Vice President. • Full life cycle includes:o Resume reviewo Initial phone screeno Sending notes and opinion of candidate to hiring mangero Once manager makes final decision send application and offer through HRIS system – iCIMSo Once offer is returned and signed our Talent Acquisition Coordinator completes the Background and onboarding. Will assist if out.• Source and recruit top talent for a large region: o Jacksonville, FLo Orlando, FLo Tampa, FLo Sarasota, FLo Tallahassee, FLo Daytona, FLo Dallas, TX• Monitor and track the status of multiple candidates and provide weekly updates to Regional Directors, and Vice Presidents• Monitor and track REQs opened, pending, closed in a week/month/quarterly/yearly • Recruit and attract for internal roles through multiple recruitment resources• Attend Job Fairs and Expos for the industry
