Planning and monitoring the officers and the crew on board the 16 allocated containerships according to each vessel’s requirements meeting at the same time the Company’s matrix and budget-Communication with seafarers in regards of planning, training, briefings, wages-Document checks/prejoining check for the officers of the allocated vessels-Following up on the assessments of the seafarers-Briefing and preparation of seafarers prior their assignment-Supporting the employees during their briefings and trainings in the office-Working with the branch offices and agencies, overviewing the crew selection process and the daily operations-Working with the in-house technical departments when organizing and attending officers’ briefings and trainings- Cooperating closely with the assigned crew operator ensuring that all usual procedures are followed and the crewing program is updated on a daily basis- Arranging the vacation and relief planning accommodating as much as possible the needs of both the crew and company’s operations- Working with both the in-house departments and the vessels for various issues related to crew management-Monitoring MSM certificates and exemptions-Checking and confirming invoices-Monitoring of accident reports and P&I cases-Vessel visits, agency visits, attending officers’ conferences.
