I am a qualified Chartered Accountant (May 2024), having cleared all exams on my first attempt, and a B.Com graduate from Panjab University.During my articleship, I worked across diverse industries including manufacturing, trading, healthcare, agriculture, and hospitality. My time there gave me hands-on exposure to statutory audits, financial reporting, tax filings, and end-to-end client management, helping me build a strong foundation in core accounting and auditing principles.Currently, I am working with Deloitte (Offices of the US) as an Audit Senior Assistant, where I am involved in the audit of private equity clients in the UK region. My experience includes analytical reviews, performing controls testing (including Design & Implementation), guided risk assessment for key FSLIs such as management fees revenue, placement fees expenses, payroll, other heads, and working on areas requiring detailed analytical procedures and documentation. I’ve also collaborated with global teams, strengthened my understanding of PE fund structures, and gained exposure to complex investment portfolios and related audit requirements.Looking forward to connecting with professionals in the finance and accounting industry and exploring opportunities where I can make a meaningful impact.
