Serve as advisor to district leadership on policy, compliance, budget strategy, and risk management related to funded programs-Ensuring full compliance with federal Uniform Grant Guidance (UGG), ESSA law, ODE requirements, and state grant standards-Develop, review, and approve district- and school-based budgets, narratives, allowable use guidance, and monitoring plans-Ensure all funded program investments (Title I, II, IV, McKinney-Vento, Title VI, etc.) are aligned to high-impact instructional strategies tied to the District goals (Literacy, Math, Attendance, 9th Grade Success)-Support program leads and school leaders in selecting curriculum-aligned interventions that directly improve student performance-Review and provide feedback on SCIPs to ensure instructional goals, strategies, and budgeted activities leverage funded programs effectively-Support principals in linking their instructional priorities (e.g, foundational reading support, math discourse routines) to allowable and impactful uses of federal funds-Ensure school actions are measurable, research-based, and connected to outcomes, not isolated activities-Analyze district data (attendance, literacy benchmarks, math growth, graduation, ESSA indicators) to inform funding decisions-Support program leads in determining which instructional strategies show the greatest impact for focal student groups-Strengthen continuous improvement cycles by tying data directly to resource allocation, intervention selection, and progress monitoring.
