As the Marketing Director for Awesome Inc, it is my job to get our mission, programs, events, and goals in front of the right people, and often as many people, as possible. With little to no Marketing budget, I\'ve learned how to be scrappy, gritty, adaptive, innovative, and grow our channels, initiatives, and events organically. Because of the way our organization functions, my role often looks like a fractional marketing consultant, pushing Awesome Inc\'s various initiatives\' goals forward. I serve as lead marketer for our Coworking Space, Startup Accelerator, Coding School, Venture Capital Fund, Corporate Innovation Initiative, Community Events, and Software Company. I\'ve also advised many of the startup companies involved in our startup accelerator program.
