Design, develop and implement custom functionality and applications on the Salesforce platform. ‣ Provide day-to-day end-user support, including troubleshooting issues, system maintenance, configuration, maintaining profiles, sharing, and data security. ‣ Participate in stand-ups and SCRUM ceremonies and help to refine the development backlog. ‣ Identify business risks, inefficiencies, issues, and opportunities related to Salesforce. ‣ Perform administrator functions such as user management, profiles, roles, permissions, rules, assignment rules, queues, licenses, capacity, and development of reports and dashboards. ‣ Design, document, build, test, and deploy enhancements to Salesforce custom objects, apps, page layouts, flows, reports, and dashboards within Salesforce. ‣ Understand internal customers and suggest ways to improve the user experience and streamline processes.
