ABOUT CAMBRIA BENSON NOECKER

A Portland native and Oregon State University graduate, Cambria holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication with an emphasis in New Media Communications and Business Marketing. Cambria is the Brand Development Director for The Groundwork Industries Family of companies; where she serves as the Brand Director for their brands Serra, Electric Lettuce and Pruf Cultivar. Cambria began her career as a news intern at KPTV/FOX where she established solid relationships with local media and also served as an intern with Beaver Sports Properties, a sports marketing agency and as an event planning and PR intern with ProMax Sports Management. She then went on to work in brand event management at Nichols & Associates/Flair Events where she served as an brand launch event manager, planner and sales trainer. Later she served as the marketing and business development manager at BasX Solutions, a HVAC and high-tech company where she helped launch their Controlled Environment Agriculture division. In 2009 Cambria co-founded Step 5 Productions, a non-profit organization founded by 5 young professionals that were passionate about making a difference in the local community. Step 5 focuses on giving back to local non-profits by raising awareness and funds through volunteering, planning and hosting charitable events. One of Step 5\'s main goals is to bridge the gap between a network of young professionals and more established groups of philanthropic professionals and volunteers. Cambria also serves on the Development Board for Trillium Family Services and on the Professional Board for the Portland Trail Blazers Foundation.
