   Draft, negotiate and review agreements for all stages of production, including production service agreements, co-production agreements, talent/development agreements, above the line staff agreements (such as executive producer, writer, and director agreements), license agreements, location agreements, appearance releases, and composer agreements in connection with in-house programs produced for television and digital media- Negotiate, draft and review integrated marketing and sponsorship agreements with consumer brands for on-air/digital partnerships on The Ellen DeGeneres Show and various original series produced for the ellentube digital platform- Provide business affairs and legal advice to executive producers and production staff during the development and production of projects to ensure compliance with all laws and regulations (including WGA, DGA and SAG-AFTRA) and to develop creative solutions to minimize overall risk- Provide daily oversight to in-house productions, including vetting scripts for potential legal issues (such as fair use, defamation, invasion of privacy, copyright, trademark, content clearance, etc.), reviewing social media accounts to ensure post are FTC compliant, and reviewing legal deliverables.
