Andy Camacho is a real estate professional with experience across leasing, acquisitions, and operations. Andy began his real estate career in an administrative role before transitioning into acquisitions, where he was responsible for underwriting multifamily properties, preparing investment committee presentations, and sourcing new opportunities. This background allows him to approach leasing analytically, manage complex situations calmly and effectively, and build strong, lasting relationships. Known for his calm demeanor, strong work ethic, and ability to navigate challenging situations, Andy excels in fast paced environments, while maintaining strong relationships with clients, brokers, and internal stakeholders. Andy holds a B.A. in Economics and a minor in Business Administration from Fordham University.
