I began my career path in high school as a ballboy for the Boston Celtics until I went to college in 2004 to study Sport Management. While at Endicott College, I was a member of the men\'s basketball and men\'s soccer teams for 4 years each. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in May 2008 after four successful years at Endicott. Over the summer in 2008 & 2010 I volunteered with the NBA Communications Department during the NBA Finals in Boston distributing game statistics and player quotes to members of the media and NBA Commissioner David Stern. Also in 2008, I volunteered at the NBA Summer League in Las Vegas composing game summaries for the NBA Summer League website and recording post-game quotes from players and coaches for use in the summaries. Before starting with the Maine Red Claws in January 2009, I coached the junior varsity boy\'s basketball team at Landmark High School in Beverly, MA during the 20••••09 season.I was the first hire of the Maine Red Claws, the NBA D-League affiliate of the Boston Celtics, as their Operations Manager. This position included many different responsibilities ranging from setting up the business office to preparing the arena for NBA games. After a year, I transitioned to the team side of the organization and became the Basketball Operations Assistant for the next two seasons until I was promoted to the Director of Basketball Operations in August 2012. In Basketball Operations I am primarily responsible for all our team travel, coordinating any player housing needs, maintaining a professional locker room and facilities for our players & staff, managing any equipment needs from the players or coaches, scouting players and upcoming opponents, coordinating player assignments from the Boston Celtics, and assisting our coaching staff with player skill development.
