This is a busy and varied role which sees me taking charge of all marketing activities, internal sales processes and reporting, primary design detailing and visualisation, internal reporting, auditing and administration as well as full scale, company-wide tech support and firefighting.Initially, this was a role designated to be a back of house, marketing ops role, however it quickly became apparent to everyone at YC that my enormous skillset could be put to work on just about every facet of the business to increase efficiency, transparency as well as vastly increase conversion rates.When I joined, YC had just done £1.8M in turnover. Inside of the first six months of my tenure I had shoved £10M down their pipeline.
