I’m an executive with more than 15 years of Chairman and/or CEO experience in the automotive services, financial services and health care services spaces. I served as CEO of the XLerate Group (now America\'s Auto Auction) from 2014 through 2022, transforming the business from six on-site automotive auction locations to 39 on-site auctions complemented by strong digital and mobile footprints and a captive finance company. I have also served as Executive Chairman at Primeritus Financial Services since 2012.With 35 years of operational, financial and investment banking experience, I’ve enjoyed leadership positions at companies ranging in size from middle market to Fortune 150. Advise investors and senior team on growth strategies and capitalization/distribution strategies.
