Hey, I\'m Cam. I\'m currently Head of Healthier & Stronger Communities for a fantastic charity in Haringey, London. I\'ve worked in the Voluntary & Community Sector for many years and at many levels, for the last 12+ at senior management / senior leadership level.I\'ve been Chair of Trustees of London\'s regional infrastructure body for the VCS, leading it through a time of change and development. I\'ve managed teams from two to 20 colleagues and never tire of trying to inspire them to do their best work, every day.I am a broad, strategic thinker who tries to listen more than they talk, but am considered and pragmatic in how I approach moss things. I\'m a generalist, in the best possible way!
