   Lead Strategy & Operations for Commerce Platform Logistics (Drive 1P) supporting DoorDash’s core 1P business (Enterprise, SMB, Catering, Pizza, Health, Retail) in the U.S. Own AOP planning, OKRs, and end-to-end performance across growth, retention, cost, and customer experience for the Drive business.Serve as the primary cross-functional partner to GMs, translating business strategy into logistics-enabled growth levers — including platform scaling, refund policy design, defect reduction, ETA/ASAP improvements, and post-checkout experience investments.
