I’m at my best when the stakes are high, and the room needs clarity.For more than three decades, I’ve worked alongside founders, boards, leadership teams, and investors through the pivotal moments that make or break value: rapid growth, cash pressure, shareholder change, acquisitions, international expansion, fundraising, and exits. I sit at the intersection of strategy, finance and operations, and I’m there to help leaders make smart decisions.I’m a co-founder of The Collective Intelligence Consultancy, where we deliver high-velocity interventions to help founders and entrepreneurial leadership teams build businesses that adapt, thrive & grow. I act as a Fractional CFO/COO, board adviser, and NED. My role is rarely “just finance”. It’s building a plan for the business that holds up financially and operationally. I turn vision into action with clear strategic plans, measurable success targets, and the systems to achieve them.People often describe me as a calm, objective voice when things get complicated. I translate numbers into what they mean in practice, then help leadership teams move forward confidently at pace. I believe numbers tell a story, but people create the outcome. I’m an MBA (Imperial College), a Fellow of the ICAEW (FCA), and an accredited Executive Coach (Henley). That mix matters because business is never only numbers.
