ABOUT CALVIN HABIG

I help solve your biggest problems and fears by giving you access to the world’s greatest expert on your life and organization…You.\" For all my life I have been about helping others succeed at life and at their goals. Whether it was helping people grow in their understanding and practice of spirituality or through coaching and mentoring, I have always wanted to leave those around me better than I found them. After 30 years in full time ministry, I felt a strong call to shift my emphasis to people of all beliefs and cultures. That door opened through my initial training and certification as a coach in 2010 and then my credentialing as a coach by the International Coach Federation in 2014. Currently I am credentialed at the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) level. I began, in 2010, coaching leaders of nonprofits and then small business leaders to develop the strategies, skills and structures needed to grow both their bottom line as well as to build a harmonious team. It has been my privilege to help my clients reach their goals and dream even bigger than they ever dared before. In the process I have been asked to serve in a leadership role with ICF Global as well as for ICF-Oregon, led workshops in the Portland/Willamette Valley area for non-profit leaders on several subjects, conducted group coaching programs on change and intra-organizational conflict, directed teleseminars on maximizing potential, goal setting, and change management, provided leadership training for non-profit organizations in Ukraine, and led the team that wrote an ethics curriculum for ICF coaches worldwide, I have been privileged to serve as an adjunct faculty for four different universities and I am the author of four books and eleven journal articles. In 2015 I was approached about taking what I had learned about coaching and taking training to be able to mentor other coaches. Since that time, in addition to coaching, I have provided mentoring for coaches who are working towards earning or renewing their own ICF credentialing. Throughout it all, I am most fulfilled when I see my clients and students reach their goals and succeed. I tell them that the credit is all theirs because they did the work, but I take a good deal of satisfaction knowing that I had a part in helping them reach their dreams.
