Tracks program requirements for major issues to include program goals, objectives, work processes, and administrative operations of the organization using law, regulations, and policies through the life-cycle of the project. Directs, administers, and evaluates programs, policies, and procedures in the required program areas. Revises project management plans and best business practices. Maintains a proactive relationship with customers and on-site staff to ensure customers concerns are properly addressed. Coordinates and assists with MILCON project transition and phase-in tasks. Periodically confers with on-site project personnel and supervisors to ensure technical questions and requirements are being resolved in a timely manner. Adheres to established quality assurance procedures to ensure quality control performed by others is properly implemented throughout the project life-cycle. Develops project schedules to include milestones and ensures project budgetary goals are met. Authors detailed daily reports to advise leadership of milestones completion. Coordinates project work internally within the department and externally with other departments to ensure all projects are completed on-time.
