About Calvin T. Hull
As a JLL Office Tenant Representation Managing Director, I am dedicated to representing the corporate occupiers of office space with the evaluation and negotiation of its leased and owned facilities.Over the course of my career, I have negotiated over 10 million square feet of office leases to date.I have represented tenants, users of office space, for 39 years while involved in the real estate brokerage/consultant, development and investment business. I have professionally brokered office, industrial, and retail lease space, land, office buildings, and investment securities. My early analytical experience gained while evaluating investment opportunities in the equities and debt markets has proved to be a tremendous advantage in reviewing various office lease economic proposals on behalf of tenants’ interests. I\'ve further enhanced my tenant representation negotiation skills while serving as Partner for a Dallas-based developer for two years. I closed over 2.5 million square feet of office, industrial, retail and tenant representation leases, including the development of two industrial build-to-suits and a retail shopping center, during a 24-month time frame. I have received several awards during my career including: DBJ’s “Best New Office Development” Nokia (1998) and T-Mobile (2008), DBJ’s “Best Overall Real Estate Deal” Nokia (1998), Staubach Top Achiever, JLL Top Gun, JLL Top Achiever, JLL Gold Achiever and D CEO Dallas Power Broker. I serve as a board member on the SMU Athletic Forum Board of Directors. I am a CCIM and SIOR and a member of Greater Dallas Board of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors.
