Support the Accounts Receivable team by accurately applying incoming payments (ACH, wire, check, credit card) to customer invoices using ERP System. Reconcile customer accounts and investigate payment discrepancies such as short pays, overpayments, and unidentified remittances. Maintain accurate transaction records and assist in preparing cash receipt reports for internal review and audit purposes. Collaborate with internal teams across billing, collections, and customer service to resolve account and payment issues. Gain hands-on experience in financial systems, strengthen attention to detail, and build a strong foundation in corporate finance and accounting processes.
