Job involves Sourcing, Analysing and Recruiting People for our organization.• Salary Negotiation with Employers and Consultants.• My job also involves making calls, contacting the candidates recruiting them into our organization to full fill the requirement.• Working directly with end clients’ requirements like Tier1• Venders/Implementation partners Responsible for handling the entire Recruiting Life Cycle such as sourcing, screening, contacting, confirming, interviewing, and placing qualified talent professionals.• Good experience over analysing and understanding job requirement from account managers.• Sourced candidates through Monster, Dice, Tech Fetch, Linked In, Candidate referrals, Cold calling, etc,• Short-listing the candidates according to the client requirement and skill sets required.• Screening and interviewing the candidates to ensure that they match the client\'s requirements accurately.• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.• Proficient in recruiting candidates from all levels Junior Level to Senior Level.• Keeping the management in loop on clients’ interviews, project start dates etc.
