The role of the Franchise Accounting Support Manager is to serve as a knowledgeable, consultative support to a franchisee network, their teams, and other Franchise Support Center departments in all areas of accounting and finance.Essential Duties Include-Assist franchisees in implementing a standardized chart of accounts system for financial benchmarking-Respond to network inquiry on accounting best practices and procedures-Provide guidance and coaching on profitablity based on experience in Field Operations-Provide Accounting/Finance training to new franchise owners on a quarterly basis-Work in conjunction with other subject matter experts to offer coaching and recommendations to improve franchise performance-Audit franchises as selected or recommended by Field Operations on accounting as it pertains to royalty reporting as well as compliance in regard to the franchise agreement-Provide guidance and coaching to the audit department staff in regard to franchise operations, and compliance with customer program guidelines-Review of auditor findings and franchisee provided to data to confirm accuracy of Audit Reports prior to publication to franchisee-Work in conjunction with Revenue Compliance Director to develop audit procedures and standards for franchise network
