I am a dynamic and results-oriented person with a proven track record at Scout Security Group as an Operations Manager, as well as my experience both at Texas A&M University and in my time working abroad. At Scout, I showed my aptitude at enhancing operational efficiency and team cohesion. I excelled in logistics and interpersonal communication, significantly improving customer satisfaction and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. In my time working abroad I developed a passion for hospitality. Working as a Hostel Coordinator sparked an interest in helping people and furthering that into my future careers. At Texas A&M University, I graduated early with flying colors, received my Bachelors degree in English, and promptly left the United States for New Zealand to gain experience working in an International setting. This time abroad has allowed me to grow as a person, a leader, and as a businessperson. I’ve grown to understand and appreciate the differences in work cultures, practices and relationships. I am a hard-working and steadfast person that is able to work well in strenuous environments whether in a workplace, learning spaces, or around the world.
