Forward plan the release windows and cycles across the enterprise • Work with Product Manager, PMO, Legal and Compliance, Developer, QA, DevOps to ensure that development projects adhere to release processes and change management protocols • Manage risks and resolve issues and roadblocks that affect release scope, schedule, quality and delivery • Prepare and maintain accurate release artifacts, facilitate release Go/No Go meetings, CAB meetings, communicate all key project plans, requirements, statuses, commitments, schedules, and changes, and provide regular status updates to all stakeholders • Coordinate weekly mobile app, web and backend service releases across ~30 feature teams
