Systems Architect in Quantum Communications @Numana

At Numana, we are a catalyst for technological ecosystems. Together with our partners, we bring innovative individuals to create more value for the technology industry and for all of Quebec. As a systems architect, I design, deploy, and oversee the expansion of Canada\'s first fiber-optic quantum communication network. To fulfill our mission, I collaborate with various institutions within the governments of Quebec and Canada, university research centers, and various other players in the local, national, and international quantum ecosystem, such as Bell Canada, Telus, Toshiba, ID Quantique, and PINQ2. Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with various stakeholders of the testbed (the Numana team, equipment and system suppliers, participants, and users) to configure systems for testbed operations, while adhering to established parameters and requirements for experiments- Perform regular administration and maintenance of testbed systems according to the planned schedule (software updates, user authorization, system documentation maintenance, etc.)- Contribute to the implementation of policies governing the testbed\'s use by different user organizations- Assist in planning and executing tests by user organizations- Participate in user familiarization with testbed systems- Contribute to the enhancement and development of additional features for the testbed to meet user activity needs.
