I attended meetings with architects, engineers, and general contractors to review progress, pinpoint issues, and propose solutions that enabled project on-time completion in compliance with relevant codes and regulations. I oversaw budgets for assigned regions in Colorado and Arizona by monitoring project expenditures, tracking financial performance against established benchmarks, and adjusting project plans and budgets as needed to ensure financial viability. I collaborated with project leads to finalize bid details, conduct regular financial reviews, and present reports to senior management while highlighting key financial metrics and identifying opportunities for cost savings and increased profitability. I developed relationships with new vendors, expanded scope areas, and negotiated contracts. I concurrently ran 4-5 projects and skillfully managed a team of assistant project managers or assistants to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
