About Calum
I joined Astrak to build the US business from the ground up.As the first employee, I incorporated the company, established warehousing and 3PL operations, built the commercial model, and hired the core team.Since launch, we have grown into a multi-channel operation with strong performance, consistent profitability and a solid foundation for further scale. The business now serves customers across direct, reseller and workshop channels with disciplined systems and clear accountability.I have worked through the US tariff landscape and focused on fostering a culture built on accountability and continuous improvement.The focus now is scale - expanding reach, strengthening and growing our customer base, and continuing to build capability across the team.Before Astrak, I held strategy and commercial roles with Alexander Dennis and NFI Group, working on international expansion, pricing, and M&A.
