I work as part of a small Glasgow film production start-up that I co-founded, devoted to making creative, inspiring pieces across branded, documentary and commercial projects, from small to large scale. My engineering background has served me well in the creative industry when it comes to managing several projects, solving problems methodically, and translating complex ideas into clear, accessible outcomes.Currently I am leading business growth through online marketing campaigns, networking, data gathering, and face-to-face customer interactions, while also managing logistics and the daily running of our business.I enjoy the day-to-day working with my colleagues, as well as those across the filmmaking industry, plus brands, marketing agencies and commissioners, to manage productions from concept through to final delivery.Other on-set responsibilities include camera operating, audio recording, lighting assistant and producer.
