Jan 25- Present, RAF Upwood, 160 homes- A bold, ambitious, challenging project, that will stand out in memory for years to come. Rumored to be on an old Indian burial ground this is the job that gives it all; Horizontally drilled Rising main (900m), 3 phases of 278s, a huge pond offsite, next door to an industrial estate requiring 24/7 access through site. Throw in services taking over a year to get on to site, 3 substations, 2 pump stations, trees, nesting birds, bats and the odd mystery service left over from the old RAF Base. No munitions thankfully! Feb 23- Dec 24, Gloucester Centre, Peterborough- 99 homes consisting of 55 trad, 20 timber frame, 22 flats. Nuspan floors. First timber frame houses built by Partnerships using Vistry Works product (prev Countryside). 34 OMS, 65 Rented/Shared. OMS under the Bovis banner. May 22 to Jan 22- Upton, Northampton, completing a difficult legacy job working as part of a team to CML 135 houses and apartments.
