Leading the cross-functional delivery of the FT CANs Catalyst projects, a strategically significant initiative focused on the process development, scale-up and industrial deployment of next-generation catalyst technologies to support SAF (Sustainable Aviation Fuels) production. Overseeing end-to-end project execution, from completion of feasibility, concept and FEED phases through planning for construction, commissioning and qualification, ensuring alignment with business, technical, and regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities & Achievements:• Oversaw the simultaneous delivery of two complex capital projects by managing scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality, and resources across all phases.• Built and directed high-performing owner’s project engineering teams, ensuring clear alignment on scope definition, understanding of project drivers and cohesive collaboration in disperse teams.• Developed and controlled project budgets, maintaining spend within agreed parameters and delivering value against capital investment goals.• Tracked project progress against milestones and EV (Earned Value) management, proactively identifying deviations and implementing corrective actions. • Controlled scope creep through close engagement with R&D teams throughout process development and close monitoring of EPCm contractors. Clearly defined and communicated change through formal change control processes.• Assessed and mitigated project risks—both individual and aggregated—by establishing robust risk management plans and ensuring appropriate mitigating actions were tracked to completion.• Created and maintained detailed project documentation, including master plans, stage plans, and ensured clear and continuous communication with business stakeholders via reporting to ensure transparency and delivery assurance.• Prior to FT CANs project, led several other projects throughout the FEL1 and FEL2 stages successfully completing on time and on budget.
