ABOUT CALLY OLOUGHLIN
I have always been fascinated by how creative solutions in interior design can play a social role to encourage engagement and pull cultural distances tighter. I love enhancing visual and human experiences by identifying needs and creating innovative solutions for improvement. With a background in production, I have effective project management skills to harness results. However, I find it is my soft skills that have been most effective in extracting the needs of others and it is the translation of those needs that makes the difference in experience. Alongside my knowledge of workplace design, I have dedicated study to workplace psychology to enhance my knowledge and enlarge the avenues where I can increase social capital, to trigger the best in every person. As a community builder it is my mission to foster feelings of belonging, to bring the employer and employee closer together and to make the work environment a destination- a place people want to be.
