I am a dedicated and innovative marketing professional with a comprehensive background in strategic marketing and communications across various industries. Currently, I serve as a Marketing Executive at Nurseplus UK, where I utilise my expertise to enhance brand visibility, drive successful campaigns, and support the growth of one of the leading healthcare staffing solutions providers in the UK.I also run my own full-service marketing agency alongside my partner, Annabelle. We support local Liverpool businesses with everything from social media content, scheduling and engagement to blogs, SEO, websites, email marketing, strategy, branding, design, reporting, photography, podcast editing and small-scale video.My career in marketing began at Francis Kirk, where I initially took on the role of Marketing and Communications. In this position, I developed and executed marketing strategies that significantly improved our brand presence. My role later expanded to Marketing and Business Development, where I focused on driving business growth through strategic marketing initiatives and building strong client relationships.Following my tenure at Francis Kirk, I joined Knight Knox, starting as a Marketing Assistant. Through dedication and proven results, I progressed to Marketing Executive and then to Assistant Marketing Manager. At Knight Knox, I managed a vast array of digital marketing efforts, created compelling content and executed successful campaigns that increased client engagement.Currently, at Nurseplus UK, I bring a wealth of experience and a strategic mindset to my role as a Marketing Executive, focusing on the Nurseplus Care at home side of the business. Here, I am responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing digital marketing efforts, and supporting the overall business development goals.In addition to my professional marketing career, I have been pursuing my passion for photography as a freelance photographer under the Callum Ward Photography brand since mid-2019. This venture has allowed me to expand my creative skills, work with a diverse range of clients, and capture moments through a unique lens. My experience in photography has further honed my attention to detail and ability to communicate compelling stories visually, which complements my marketing expertise.
