As a CIPD Level 3 qualified Talent Acquisition Partner for Playson, I am focussed on finding the best talent for specialised technology roles within the igaming industry. I want to find experts in the technology industry and connect them with positions that will help shape the future of online casino gaming. I primarily focus on our Games Department, hiring Game Designers, Mathematicians, Game Producers and more.My previous work at Meta focussed on sourcing experts in technology, primarily for TPM and gaming positions, making a huge impact on the future of the MetaverseHaving a background in professional football as a sports scientist, I am passionate about playing a small role in helping people to realise their goals, whether that be stepping onto the pitch for their first team debut, or getting a job building future technology today. I studied Sports Psychology (BSc) and completed my MPhil in Exercise Physiology, before spending over 6 years working at Watford Football Club in both the academy and first team. Having achieved all I wanted in football and wanting to try something new, I moved into recruitment due to my passion for finding and working with the best in their field.
