Callum is a business leader, software engineer, and award-winning entrepreneur with a proven track record of innovation, leadership, and technical expertise. His career began in the British Army, where he served as an Avionics Technician, developing problem-solving and engineering skills across diverse environments, including California and Afghanistan. After his military service, Callum pursued a Computing Science degree at the University of East Anglia, where he graduated top of his class and earned academic awards in every year of study.Following his academic success, Callum built a career as a software engineer, with roles spanning defence technology, clinical trial software, and mobile development. He eventually channelled his technical and leadership skills into entrepreneurship, co-founding Safepoint, a multi-award-winning safety tech company recognised for its innovation and impact on sectors such as healthcare, retail, and public safety. Safepoint’s solutions protect some of the UK’s largest organisations, including the NHS, The Labour Party, and Aldi.As CEO of Safepoint, Callum has had the privilege of speaking at key industry events and serving as a non-executive director and ambassador for leading tech and business organisations.
