As a CRM – Account Manager and Cyber Consultant at Gallagher, I specialise in helping businesses understand, manage, and protect themselves against the evolving risks of the digital world. My focus is on building lasting relationships with clients and delivering tailored cyber insurance and risk management strategies that reflect their operational priorities and future growth plans. I work closely with a broad range of organisations, offering insight-led advice to identify exposures, streamline coverage, and ensure resilience in the face of cyber threats and wider business risks. Backed by Gallagher’s global resources and sector-specific expertise, I take a consultative approach to ensure every client receives strategic support, not just a policy. My academic background in Accounting and Finance from Durham University (2:1) gives me a strong analytical mindset that I apply when navigating complex risk profiles. Prior to my current role, I gained valuable experience in business development, which sharpened my communication and client service skills, and also worked as a COVID-19 Vaccinator—an experience that shaped my resilience, adaptability, and commitment to making a meaningful difference. Outside of work, I’m usually on the golf course, staying active in the gym, or watching all things sport. Based in the Midlands and working nationally, I’m always open to connecting with businesses and professionals who want to explore how proactive risk management—especially in the cyber space—can protect and empower their organisations.
