In my role as Head of Technology for Digital User Experience reporting into the CTO, I am responsible for shaping and delivering the strategy that drives workplace technology innovation and adoption across ASOS. My focus is on creating seamless digital experiences that enhance productivity and empower employees through emerging technologies and platforms.Key Responsibilities & Achievements:I lead the enterprise-wide implementation of Workplace GenAI solutions, including Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI Builder and off-the-shelf solutions like Edra AI and Harvey. Under my leadership, adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot has reached 92% active usage, and we have successfully deployed more than 180 AI agents. These solutions are delivered through a combination of centrally managed development and citizen-led initiatives, supported by strong governance frameworks.I oversee the Power Platform capability, enabling secure low-code and no-code development across the organisation. This environment supports over 890 applications and 2,900 automation flows, which are used at scale to improve employee productivity and streamline business processes.My responsibilities also include managing corporate systems such as Workday and Smart Recruiters, which provide core HR, payroll, compensation, and recruitment capabilities. In addition, I am accountable for technology supporting legal, compliance, and communications functions.I lead the development and support of our IT Service Management platform, ServiceNow, which underpins service delivery for a technology organisation of more than 800 people and serves over end users. Alongside this, I direct project and programme delivery teams and oversee adoption and change management initiatives to ensure successful technology transformation across the business.
