Leading a chemical engineering team to design a mechanism to efficiently extract carbon dioxide from the air that fits into a volume of 1 cubic foot- Coordinating weekly meetings with team members to discuss ideas for the design of the cube- Overlooking and managing several team divisions that are responsible for a different aspect of research for the cube, including design, calculations, marketing, costs, and construction methods- Presenting the final version of the cube to a judge panel to determine if our team advances to the final competition- Building a final version of the cube to bring to the final competition in - Placed 11/23 in the final competition at the 2025 Chem-E Cube competition in Boston, MA, hosted by the American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE)

ABOUT CALLUM WILLIAMS
I\'m a current undergraduate student at McMaster University in Hamilton, ON, majoring in Chemical Engineering and Biosciences, with a minor in nuclear engineering. I am also a part of the McMaster Rocketry team as part of the propulsion systems unit, helping to design the propulsion mechanism for the new hybrid-fuel rocket engine, as well as a member of the men\'s varsity fencing team, where I fence épée.
