Retail Strategy | Leasing Expert | Central London | Cross Border Specialist | SavillsAs part of the Global Retail team at Savills, I advise both landlords and occupiers on retail leasing strategy, flagship store acquisitions, and tenant mix across some of London’s most prominent retail destinations. My expertise lies in working with retailers on their expansion strategies — from established global brands such as Sephora, Mango and Abercrombie & Fitch to emerging direct-to-consumer (DTC) concepts entering physical retail for the first time. I have had the privilege of advising a multitude of brands including Casablanca Paris, Manière De Voir, Represent, Skin Cupid, AYBL Group, and Aurelien, guiding them through key stages of their store rollout and market entry processes.A significant part of my focus is on the West End and Oxford Street, where I have collaborated with leading landlords such as Ramsbury, Hines, Derwent London, Redevco, Lazari, The Langham Estate, Royal London, Emperor Group, and TFL. My work centres on delivering leasing strategies that enhance asset performance, elevate brand visibility, and contribute to the long-term vitality of London’s retail landscape.I am particularly interested in the evolving dynamics between digital brands and physical retail, and in how thoughtful leasing strategy can bridge commercial objectives with consumer experience.
