Second Line Risk Manager.Responsibilities including:• Managing 2nd line risk oversight procedures across multiple risk disciplines• Performing risk assessments to understand risk level, significance and scope across the business• Challenging and supporting the business in increasing the maturity and embedding of the Risk Management Framework• Continuously looking to build and advise the business on efficiency and automation of risk processes• Leading on the preparation and co-ordination of the Risk and Control Self Assessments (RCSAs) across the whole business• Collaborating with the wider Risk & Compliance function (Compliance, Financial Crime, Information Security/Data Protection & Operational Resilience) in understanding the associated risks and linkage to the overall risk profile of the firm• Evaluating policies and procedures to ensure they are fit for purpose• Coordinating with internal teams to respond and resolve day to day risk queries and issues• Producing and ongoing development of Risk MI and Reporting for review by the CRO and Governance Committees • Providing second line support and guidance to incidents and breaches
