Project Coordination – Oversee the day-to-day site activities, ensuring work progresses according to the construction schedule.Health & Safety Compliance – Implement and enforce site safety regulations, risk assessments, and method statements.Subcontractor Supervision – Manage and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring quality and progress align with project requirements.Material Management – Order and track materials, ensuring timely delivery to avoid project delays.Quality Control & Assurance – Ensure all work meets industry and project specifications, conducting inspections and testing.Client & Stakeholder Liaison – Communicate with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities to provide updates and resolve issues.Permit & Regulation Compliance – Ensure all works comply with environmental regulations, planning conditions, and local authority requirements.Budget & Cost Control – Monitor and report on project costs, ensuring work remains within budget.Site Logistics & Traffic Management – Plan and manage site access, deliveries, and vehicle movements to maintain efficiency and safety.Problem-Solving & Issue Resolution – Identify potential site issues and implement solutions to maintain progress.Surveying & Setting Out – Accurately mark out structures, pipework, and foundations using total stations, GPS, and laser levels.Checking Levels & Alignments – Verify excavation depths, gradients, and structural alignments before and during construction.As-Built Drawings & Records – Maintain accurate site records, including as-built drawings, surveys, and daily reports.Collaboration with Design Teams – Work closely with engineers and designers to interpret plans and provide feedback on constructability.
