I am the Managing Director of Middlesbrough Insulation Company Limited, proudly operating under the trade name Heatpac. Established in 1976 by my grandfather, Ray Ingledew, our company has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality energy efficiency and renewable energy solutions.We specialise in a wide range of improvement measures under the Energy Company Obligation (ECO) scheme, including: • Cavity Wall Insulation and Removal – Comprehensive services for the installation and removal of cavity wall insulation, enhancing the thermal performance of buildings. • Loft Insulation Installation and Removal – Expertise in the installation and removal of loft insulation, helping to reduce heat loss and energy consumption. • Heating Upgrades – From complete heating system installations to control upgrades, we provide solutions designed to optimise heating efficiency and comfort. • Solar PV Systems – Design and installation of solar panels, enabling households and businesses to generate renewable electricity and reduce energy bills. • Air Source Heat Pumps – Installation of efficient heat pump systems that deliver low-carbon heating and hot water solutions. • Retrofit Assessments and Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) – Thorough retrofit assessments and provision of EPCs to ensure buildings meet modern energy efficiency standards.In addition to our work under the ECO scheme, we also deliver private domestic installations and undertake large-scale commercial projects.
