Fifteen years experience working in the health and fitness industry. Experienced in strategies to actively and safely engage patient’s in health behaviour change and reduce the risk of preventable diseases. Currently working within Primary Care Networks in Wakefield.Group exercise instructor delivering various classes each week. In 2015 along with my business partner we launched Train 4 Life. A training company which provides first aid services nationwide to a wide range of industry sectors. In January 2020 we have expanded our training capacity and are looking to expand our current client base.
