6-month Abroad Internship in Luxury Tourism & ConciergeBased in Athens, I was responsible for assisting and organizing the stays of premium clients in luxury villas across key Greek destinations: Mykonos, Paros, Sifnos, Porto Heli, Corfu, Crete, and Zakynthos.Main Missions:•Acted as primary contact for clients, managing their requests to design tailor-made experiences.•Managed a portfolio of 45 premium clients during the high season, providing full and personalized follow-up.•Organized high-end logistics: private transfers (luxury vans, helicopters, yachts, prestige cars), restaurant bookings in highly demanded venues, and personalized security services (drivers, bodyguards, secure access).•Coordinated exclusive experiences: gastronomy (private chefs, fine wines & champagne), excursions, sports activities, wellness programs.•Negotiated with local service providers, developed new partnerships, and ensured service quality.•Handled complex VIP client requests requiring responsiveness, discretion, and attention to detail.•Utilized professional tools: Slack (internal communication), HubSpot (CRM), Tailor PT (billing & accounting), Admin Tool (villa management).Secondary Mission – On-Site Concierge•Check-in & Check-out: Managed the key client touchpoints with welcome gifts and special installations, conducted villa inspection videos before/after stays, personally welcomed guests, gave villa tours, and shared local recommendations (beaches, restaurants, activities).•Direct Client Support: Provided on-the-ground assistance for last-minute requests
