About Callie Hawkins
Hi, I’m Callie Hawkins, an Advertising major with a business foundations minor at The University of Texas at Austin, who values organization, dedication, and clear communication in everything I do. I enjoy taking on leadership roles, managing complex responsibilities, and helping teams work efficiently toward shared goals. As a Campus Manager for Fresh Prints, I designed and sold custom merchandise for student organizations, generating over $160K in sales while building strong client relationships and managing multiple accounts. I’ve also gained experience in public relations and advertising through internships with Craddick Public Relations and BigOutdoor Advertising, where I drafted press releases, conducted outreach, and supported creative and strategic projects.Outside of work, I currently serve as President of Kappa Alpha Theta at UT Austin, where I lead chapter operations, oversee an executive board, and work closely with university and national organization leaders. In this role, I manage meetings and agendas, support financial planning, help resolve challenges within the chapter, and represent the organization at campus and national events. The experience has strengthened my leadership, communication, and decision-making skills while teaching me how to guide a large team and keep an organization running smoothly.I’m always excited to keep learning, collaborate with others, and take on opportunities that allow me to build relationships, solve problems, and contribute to strong teams.
